Galvanized Round Pipe (48mm)
The skeleton of our indoor playgrounds. We use Q235 hot-dip galvanized round pipes (48mm diameter, 2.0mm thickness). Rust-proof via a dual-layer process, ensuring structural integrity even in humid environments.
Heavy-Duty Square Tube
Built for impact. For trampoline parks, we use heavy-gauge rectangular/square steel tubing (min. 3mm thickness). Welded to form a rock-solid base that withstands constant dynamic jumping forces.

Ninja Course Steel Truss
Engineered specifically for Ninja Warrior. We use high-grade Galvanized Steel, expertly welded to create a rigid frame. This structure guarantees unshakeable stability for hanging obstacles, ensuring zero wobble during intense runs.
Steel-Core Reinforced Ropes
Soft on the outside, tough on the inside. These ropes feature a 6-strand steel wire core wrapped in high-quality nylon or polyester. This "combination rope" offers the soft grip needed for play with the immense breaking strength of steel, preventing snapping or stretching.
High-Density EPE Foam
The core of protection. We use High-Density EPE (Pearl Cotton). It is firm, lightweight, and waterproof, offering superior impact absorption and retaining its shape perfectly after years of compression.
Protective Pipe Padding
Every steel pole is wrapped in this thick, high-density foam tubing. It provides a critical cushioning layer to prevent injuries from bumps, ensuring a safe play environment.
Commercial PVC Vinyl
Our standard for durability. **0.55mm commercial-grade PVC is waterproof, UV-resistant, and easy to clean. Crucially, it is Fire-Retardant and meets EN71 standards for non-toxicity.
Premium PU Leather
For a touch of luxury. Our eco-friendly PU leather offers a softer feel with enhanced wear and scratch resistance. Anti-slip and vibrant, perfect for high-end toddler zones.
No-Gap Safety Padding
The result of quality materials. Combining EPE foam and PVC, these pads feature a "No-Gap" design to completely cover springs and hard surfaces, eliminating entrapment hazards.
