Galvanized steel pipe
The structural integrity of our playgrounds begins with the skeleton. We utilize high-grade galvanized steel pipes, engineered with a standard diameter of 48mm and a robust wall thickness of 2mm. This provides an unshakable foundation for safe and energetic play. Each pipe is galvanized both inside and out for maximum resistance against rust and corrosion, ensuring exceptional longevity even in humid climates. All materials are manufactured in strict accordance with the GB/T3640-2002 standard, meeting rigorous global benchmarks for quality and safety.
Multi-Layer Safety Platform
The foundation of every play level, our platforms are engineered as a multi-layer system for unparalleled safety and durability. It starts with a solid 1.5cm thick plywood base for superior load-bearing strength. We then add a generous 70mm layer of high-density EPE foam, providing exceptional cushioning and impact absorption to protect every child. The entire platform is then encased in a tough, 0.46mm PVC cover that is waterproof, easy to clean, and wear-resistant. Crucially, our PVC covering is non-toxic and fire-retardant, conforming to the stringent European EN71-2/-3 toy safety standards, while all other components adhere to their respective quality benchmarks.
Durable & Safe Foam Padding
Not all pipe padding is created equal. Our protective foam padding starts with high-density EPE foam, providing a thick, impact-absorbing cushion around every steel pipe. This is encased in a seamless, glossy PVC vinyl cover that is not only vibrant and easy to clean, but also highly tear-resistant and UV-treated to prevent fading, even under prolonged sun exposure. Most importantly, our foam padding is fire-retardant, engineered and tested to meet stringent ASTM safety standards, ensuring a safer play environment for everyone.
Protective PVC Vinyl Cover
The vibrant, tactile surface of our soft play equipment is the first line of defense for both safety and durability. We use a highly durable, commercial-grade PVC vinyl that is waterproof and exceptionally easy to disinfect, ensuring a hygienic play environment at all times. The health of your young guests is our absolute priority; therefore, our PVC material is rigorously tested and certified to meet the stringent European EN71-2 (flammability) and EN71-3 (non-toxic) toy safety standards. This guarantees the material is free from harmful heavy metals and is fire-retardant, providing the safest possible surface for children to play on.
Premium Jumping Mat
The quality of the jump is defined by the quality of the mat. That’s why we exclusively use Permatron Polypropylene (PP) fabric, manufactured by Tencate in the USA—the global leader in high-performance trampoline materials. This thermally interlocked woven fabric provides a smooth, non-abrasive surface that is also highly permeable for a clean, powerful bounce. Engineered for extreme durability, it is UV-resistant to prevent sun degradation and maintains its integrity for millions of jump cycles. The material’s superior quality is scientifically verified, meeting or exceeding the rigorous tensile strength requirements of ASTM D638-14 and the component safety specifications of ASTM F381-14.
